@stephaniej713: 🛒 Ingredients: 2 lbs baby potatoes (halved) 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted) 4 cloves garlic (minced) ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp Italian seasoning ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional) 👩🍳 Directions: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare the potatoes by washing and cutting them in half. In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss the halved potatoes in the garlic butter mix until well coated. Place the potatoes cut-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast in the oven for 30–35 minutes or until golden and crispy on the bottom. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving if you'd like a fresh touch.
Mine stuck to the aluminum foil..I sprayed Pam. How do I get them to not stick

I tried but the bottoms weren't crispy. Its like the parchment let moisture pool 😳

Idk why you got all these haters in the comments. It did indeed stick to my foil, but i forgot to spray the pan. They were easily removable with tongs and light pressure. They were also simply delicious, my fiancée asked me if i want a baby 😂 and i definitely wanted another portion after!

Sarah Anne :
Be better to boil them first, then they get nice and starchy as your mixing in the seasonings

Just made these! Amazing!! I had no issue with mine being soft and tender. I used the bag of small melody potatoes at Walmart.
