This is what I do now, my curls can’t tolerate the cold. They get dry and brittle and my breakage is significantly increased. When it’s straight there’s less manipulation, I only use heat to straighten it once and do my lil oil treatments at night, my hair is getting soooo long

Everyone is so concerned about heat damage, they forgot mechanical damage is a real threat too. Some people are more susceptible to one than the other. You have to do what works for you. 💕
