thank you so much for your videos! I was wondering do you recommend any specific books or resources to learn more about our hair (from scientific perspective)?

what do hair masks do? Is it fine to use only shampoo and hair mask, but no conditioner?

hi!! i have fine, med-high density colour treated hair and i use the camille rose deep conditioner…from watching your previous videos i know you’ve said that these ingredients weigh our hair down however as it gets rinsed out after around 30 mins, does that make it okay or is it better that i find a deep conditioner with more humectants?

so at any point in time, conditioner-rinse out and deep-does not introduce moisture to your hair?

So does that also mean that conditioner doesn’t hydrate hair?

Hi, I'll wite down my routine, can you tell me if I should keep using it or not, I've done research, but my hair is still dry and breaking ... I wash my hair with the TRESemme replenish and cleanse shampoo (for Clarifying ) and then TRESemme rich moisture shampoo, then aussir deep moisture and hair mask or the pantene active nutri plex repair and protect conditioner (I don't use both on the same day, I switch then every wash day) and then the Garnier papaya hair food as my leave in then shea butter on my ends. I was thinking to add glycerin, but I read that using it in the winter actually pulls moisture out... and even if I was to use it, where in my routine will it go, Thank you
