This is the ET5, I drive the ET7. believe me, you do not want one of them. Good build quality, no question about that. Also super powerful, my ET7 comes with 650 HP. But charging speed is ridiculous low. You can Swap the battery, but you need a swap station around. in Germany we have only 21. so you theoretically swap on long trips, however the stations are closed after 22:00, so again loading conventionally with annoying low speed. and the software has lots of issues. known issues since 2024, but NIO does not come with relevant updates anymore. and now this becomes visible in the sales numbers. a single new registered car in January 2026 in whole Germany.
