Don't have an issue with the underhand serve, but he absolutely did this quickly to catch his opponent off guard while a ball was being collected. Trash move even if not feeling well. Also absolutely not that fault of the ball keeper as the description states.

Totally disagree with this ruling the rule says reasonable pace that definitely was an attempt at quick serve. And he didn’t allow the ball kid to collect the ball before he was ready to serve. That should be a second serve.
