i truly believe the venture x pays for itself if you already travel a few times a year. i easily spend $300 on flights in a year so that equals out withe the $300 annual travel credit. plus you get 10,000 miles every anniversary which equates to $100. that right there covers the $395 fee. plus then you factor in lounge access, tsa precheck, and initial spend bonus. more than worth the money

Really upset about the venture x getting rid of lounge access unless you pay a lot more. I’m trying to decide if I should switch cards. I use the lounges quite a bit but for a $400 fee, I shouldn’t have to pay more!
