I've got a friend who's a deputy who has a standard spiel for folks like this. It basically goes like, "I understand where you're coming from but what you need to know is that we all function together as a society. and how you function is based on where you are at at any given moment. If we were in North Korea you would have zero rights and probably already be in prison. but you are in the state of Georgia in the United States of America and merely by being present in this place you have to comply with the laws governing all of our conduct. you can't pick and choose. I know you put a lot of work into your identity but it won't work here. You're going to get one more warning and then we're going to remove you from the vehicle in place you under arrest. no more discussion no question and answer just jail" two out of three times he's used it it's worked
