I’m type 2 and love the coles 85% low carb bread, there’s also one at Aldi that’s similar, they have great low carb wraps and buns too which I use when it’s hamburger night.

I’m loving my Aldi 39% lower carb bread. Great macros,light and soft and I feels like I’m eating normal white bread.
