I grew up trucking. Owner operator had a truck lease to us. Truck was in a shop for 2 weeks. Put bearing kit trans and both rears. Still vibrating.

had a customer many years ago, called me all in a tizzy, he said he needed his transmission replaced immediately. he had something pressing where he needed his pickup right away. he'd bought another trans and transfer case and just needed it swapped. I said yeah bring it and we'll check it out first. (he was a coffee drinker). when he came we took it out for a test and the noise was loud to say the least... reached down and removed the upside down styro cup from the hi/lo shifter knob and the noise went away..... he'd had it to a couple of shops... no one noticed the styro amplifier on his shifter. 🙂🙂

You know a lot more about transmissions than I do, but I've had a bad vibration in my 18sp. After replacing one slightly loose ujoint, and the carrier bearing, still had vibration. Pulled the trans and when we pulled the input shaft the bearing fell out in pieces. Found the vibration! 🤣
