@hamishcookstuff: French Hot Chocolate 🇫🇷 ☕️ Ingredients: 180g 70% dark chocolate 425ml milk 200ml cream 2 tbsp confectioners sugar Pinch of Salt Whipped Cream: 250ml whipping cream 1 tbsp confectioners sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1. Roughly chop up the chocolate and place into saucepan along with the milk, cream and confectioners sugar. 2. Place over medium heat and whisk for roughly 5-7 mins or until the mixture coats the whisk or the back of a spoon. 3. In a bowl add cream, confectioners sugar and vanilla and beat until soft peaks form. 4. Pour hot chocolate into a mug and serve with a dollop of cream on top. 5.
