I did routines 😂 they were up 4/5 times a night at that age. it isn't formula that makes them sleep well, it isn't routine all though that helps set them up. it's the babies. every baby is different. some have good sleepers some don't. I was that mum doing everything right and wondering what I was doing wrong. but I just had non sleepers

I don’t have twins but I have a 7 month old she has a routine but she wakes every two hours has done for about 2 months I’m moving her to her own room soon as I’m trying everything possible. Were your twins always good sleepers? Did they he t better in their own room? Xx

Ah love, it's the luck of the baby. Routines are amazing & good. Highly recommend. But, but, but, but it is the child & luck of the draw. Stress during and post. So many factors. So happy for you that you have sleepers first 🥰💙

can u do more on this. mine start saying "movie. water. food" anything to hook me back in "I'm scared of the dark" "I need the toilet" then proceed to create a potion with the shampoos 🤣

Girl we need to know your daytime routine 😂 my daughter is 5 months and still waking for a feed between 10.30pm-12am then stirring from 4am - 6am (I’m replacing dummy 54686x) I can’t be doing this when she’s in her own room & a 4am start is not for me 💀

I feel as if my twins slept so much worse when we had specific bedtimes they actually put themselves into a routine of sleep. We do minimal like a bath before bed everynight & they sleep 13 hours sometimes. Every baby is different so do not stress yourself if you can’t get your twins into a routine as babies. Some babies are just stubborn 😂
