@_karljames_: Having been a personal trainer and someone crazy into fitness, it’s hard to be where I am now. I had a pec major/sub scapular repair in June due to a skiing injuring in January. Coming back to the gym is so hard after a year out! It’s so hard to breath even doing the simple workouts i used to with my eyes shut. The point is even if your new to the gym or returning.
