This is Philip Turner. Everything the cop said was wrong. Philip was held in the cop car for about an hour, till the cops let him go because they couldn’t ID him. Philip put in a complaint with the police department and the cops were reprimanded. Philip also got a settlement for this. I think it was $2,000 for illegal detention.
