Had this for over 6 months… last year. Went to the doctors and they said it was stress.. gave me antidepressants and still don’t work… Friend recommended magnesium specifically ‘Healthy Metal’, I will forever be grateful not had one since. - also has other health benefits. ❤️

Were you ever able to find anything to help? I have the same issue and I feel so defeated. I went to the er and got ct scan X-rays and labs and everything was fine. I also got a bag of iv just in case I was dehydrated but nothing helped.

i had this and turned out it was from grinding my teeth at night causing tension, maybe try a little tmj release video on yt may help🤍
