I was so excited to get mine the day before valentines day but the staff made it such a negative experience. my husband got me one because I grew up really poor and all my friends had one, I ALWAYS had wanted one. he finally got me one and I was so excited and happy to be there and the lady was talking to the other lady about how she wanted to walk out and hated her job and the customers while I was standing there. I understand valentines is a hard holiday for them but it just made me feel like a burden and when the bracelete we originally picked didnt fit the way I wanted it I felt like a bother asking for a different one to try. she just slammed the tray with all the bracelets down and just walked away. idk I love my bracelete just hated that experience I guess
