I read about this story a few years and still shocks me. The people who do wrong are promoted to a different Trust or still working for the same Trust.

I read this tribunal and it was a shambles, the allegations against the claimant were suspect and as you said the investigation was a mess. I have so much sympathy for the prof.

government department need to be more accountable when using tax payers money, they spend ridiculous amount to defend when its cheaper to payout, they lose nearly always, they clog up the tribunal especially homeoffice recent win on Friday quin v homeoffice, so many more claims from the same place
