@cookingtales11: Carrot 🥕 Rasmalai Ingredients For carrot balls: • ½ kg carrots • ½ cup milk • 5 tbsp ghee • 3 tbsp condensed milk • 3 tbsp semolina (suji) • 2 tbsp sugar • A pinch of cardamom For ras (milk): • 1½ litres full-fat milk • ½ cup condensed milk • A pinch of saffron • A pinch of cardamom • ½ cup boiled sago (sabudana) • Chopped pistachios for garnish Method of Preparation (Short) 1. Blend carrots with milk to make a smooth paste. 2. Heat ghee in a pan, add carrot paste, cover and cook on low flame for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Once dry, add condensed milk and fry lightly. 4. Add semolina, sugar, and a pinch of cardamom. Mix to form a dough. 5. Let it cool, then make small balls and set aside. 6. In another pot, boil milk with saffron, condensed milk, and cardamom until reduced to half. 7. Let the milk cool slightly, then add boiled sago and carrot balls. 8. Rest for 15 minutes without heat. 9. Garnish with pistachios and serve chilled. #desserts #carrot #sweet #viral #foryoupage❤️❤️
