They have so much patience. People who feel they are so entitled and shocked when the consequences are not what they wanted. They even tried to reason with her that she had been there so long. The officers really tried to help her.

She ruined her reputation, her job I'm guessing, probably everything she's worked hard for just because she's an obnoxious, entitled, drunk. If she wasn't completely wasted, she would have understood that she was lucky to be able to call someone to come get her instead of getting arrested for drunk in public or drunk driving ect.
