@adhdwithjennafree: 1. You always feel like you’re going to get in trouble 2. You’re constantly frustrated that there “isn’t enough time in the day” 3. No matter what you do you’re always behind and need to catch up 4. You are typically in a rush (sometimes for no reason at all) 5. You purchase a lot of tools like calendars and journals but never use them consistently This is all very typical AND we can change that. These things stem from a nervous system that feels unsafe. When we are in survival mode (the body thinking it is in danger and needs to focus on survival) our thoughts and beliefs will stem from that place of fear. You likely have an outlook and belief system that is rooted in scarcity, shame, urgency and fear and this is making your ADHD symptoms much worse. This is all a part of dysregulation. The signs are so real, but there is a white book in your shelf that perfectly aligns with the text in the video. I was so confused why there were only 5 listed, thought there’d be 15 😅

Is there such thing as a regulated ADHDer, I do relate to one or two of those tho. I do tend to overthink and over analyse, Im always thinking about how I can improve the house im living in but never have that strong desire to get stuck into it the next day, then I will try to do a years work in one day and totally exhaust myself 🤷♂️
