thats not correct in Australia. that's only if both have give way, or both have stops. in this case stop must stop. give way does not have to stop, they can roll therefore. stop means stop and give way to all priority cars

No one has more priority the blue car must stop the white car just has to give way to moving traffic so IF the blue car moved off first the white car would have to give way to it

as the blue car is turning left and the white car is turning right, the white car is to give way to cars on the right. this is why the blue car has right of way. even if both have a give way or stop sign. white car will still have to give way..white car will only have priority if going straight or turning left themselves

but these cars are in a left hand traffic rules, right? I'm not sure about the rules in left hand traffic, but I would presume, that it's opposite to RHT and blue goes first

the Yield doe the white car is to observe the right opposite stop sign. if there's no car by the stop sign of the blue car then the white will use the Yield sign freely
