@homehealthhustlenurse: The public trusts nurses with their lives. Hospitals trust nurses to hold broken systems together. But when nurses demand safe staffing, it’s labeled “outrageous.” Nursing working conditions are patient care conditions. This isn’t about control — it’s about safety, outcomes, and accountability. Administration is fighting for control. Nurses are fighting for you. #NurseStrike #PatientSafety #TrustedProfession #HealthcareReality #NursingTikTok
evidenced based ratios and hazard pay should be obvious, budgets seem silly when ceos make millions to coordinate?

Let’s be honest an RN is somebody with two years of medical training. You aren’t splitting the atom.

Just wanted to share what this hospital in New York is willing to pay their travel nurses as opposed to giving them safe patient ratios.❤

Administrators need to be held criminally responsible for unsafe working conditions and environments that cause patient harm.
