I changes the spark plugs, fuel injector and a coil...still shakes and make an ugly noise..could it be a cylinder ? would they have to remove the motors for that???

I have a ford focus and when I bought it it shook really intensely and took it to 3 different shops and the first shop claimed it didn’t shake or it “wasn’t that bad” and I kept insisting it was the motor mount and they just wouldn’t believe me, fast forward to now I take it to the last shop and they confirm all along it was in fact the motor mount, and once they replaced it, it no longer was shaking/vibrating and had a significant difference. Not sure why the first shop I went to lied to me, for some reason the shop owner said to me “motor mount replacements don’t really ever happen it’s rare” but my car is literally known for that issue lol

These all sound expensive to test and figure out 😭 my car shakes sometimes on idle. Usually the shaking stops if I put it in a neutral at a light.

Hi I have Toyota Yaris 2007 1 litre petrol. The issue coming with the car is its not passing emission test. We changed catalytic converter, cleaned oxygen sensor, PCV. Last test High idle result is CO 0.40 vol%. And there is an oil in air filter housing, if you can suggest anything.

my wheel squeaks when it rotates but I just got my inspection done and he said all good. should I worry or is it just a cold thing? my brake pads def need a change in the spring time tho

hey what if you’re reversing and or braking and it’s shaking forwards and backwards? that’s what’s happening in my moms car but I’m not sure why

For me it wasn’t any of these, did a compression test and cylinder 3&4 had little to no compression
