@kaithompson: STEAK SANDWICH!! 🔥 RECIPE ↓ Ingredients: Ciabatta bread (or bread of choice) Havarti cheese flank steak, salt & pepper Oil, butter, garlic, herbs 2 onions Butter, Worcestershire, balsamic, salt, black pepper Bacon Asparagus Parmesan reggiano Parsley Sauce: 4 tbsp Mayo 2 tbsp Grainy Dijon 2 tsp Worcestershire 1 tbsp Hot sauce Garlic powder, salt & pepper Method - Mix sauce and set aside. - Sweat onions in butter on low. Halfway through add Worcestershire, balsamic, salt, and pepper. Cook low and slow, deglazing with water, until deeply caramelized. - Wrap 2 asparagus with 1 slice of bacon. Bake until bacon is crisp and asparagus is tender. - Season steak, sear hard in neutral oil. Add butter, garlic, and herbs, baste, rest, and slice thin. - Toast ciabatta with Havarti inside until melted. - Sauce the bread, add steak, onions, parsley, bacon-wrapped asparagus, a light mound of Parmesan, black pepper, and more sauce. #food #cooking #steak #sandwich #Recipe
