Honestly - overeating jujube is much more likely than w/ goji berry. Jujube can lead to dampness if you overeat w/ weak spleen. Source - TCM. P

Thank you for the information. I was putting at least 10 unwashed goji berries and 3-5 jujube dates in my hot water. Then a sprinkle more in my apple pear water. 😁

Also check the expiration date. Saw some in a small Asian market and the whole box of jujubes were dated 2022. Good thing I looked.
