I love skinny jeans too but I think using knee high boots is a mistake. To me, the whole point of a skinny jean is to highlight a defined sleek form-fitting shape when you cover that up with a tall boot it adds unwanted bulk ruining the look and makes the person appear heavier thicker you lose the look entirely: it stops looking like a pair of skinny jeans because that clean skinny definition shape is completely gone. High boots disrupt the outifit the whole purpose of skinny jeans choosing ankle boots or mid-calf boots or ugg boots instead is probably a better option
