when using graters like this put the cheese in the freezer for an hour b4 grating and there will be less mush on the outside of the grating plate

I have one of these and I keep it out on wortop i use it that often, I grate an entire block of cheese in minutes straight into a food bag and stire it in the fridge. Sliced a kg of carrot in 4 minutes love my grater
