If you think the Old Testament is dull, you probably haven’t actually read it. It’s raw, violent, emotional, and shocking — full of insults, betrayals, abuse, and ruthless political power plays. Some of its stories are so dark and unsettling they’d never make it into a Sunday sermon… and that’s exactly why they’re worth reading.

The Bible isnt necessarily in chronological order which makes it complex. I found a timeline of biblical events and that helped put the pieces together.
