Between garage attendants to security personnel and everyone in between play a crucial role in patient care. We got cafeteria staff, IT folks, risk, legal, infection control, social work, registration associates etc and many more, that play important role behind the scene. It sure takes a village to take care of one patient.

Agree with everything you said. Love your humbleness when you said you only contribute about 5% of the patient’s recovery. However, it starts with your 5% so so keep up the great work! Thank you! Many blessings!🙏🙏🙏

I’m in shock you see and acknowledge all staff and their roles. Some drs won’t even speak to me directly since I’m “just a clerk” but they don’t know how hard we work to make their lives easier. I have blood cancer at 28 and I still work part time since I love my job and working in a hospital. But I can’t even get eye contact from some drs. THANK YOU FOR SEEING US ALL!

I’ve worked as both a host and a cook in a hospital nearby, I noticed you said everyone who comes in contact with a patient after surgery contributes to the patients recovery. I bring this up because the kitchen staff feels left out and mistreated by doctors and nurses, the looks given to us, the tone of voice when nurses would talk to us just made us feel like we aren’t part of the team, when in fact we do play a key role in a patients recovery as well. On another note, I love watching your videos! Keep up the great work!

You are amazing for mentioning the housekeeping staff, as they are often overlooked. My mom is a sterile processing tech, so she make sure all of the instruments are sterile before they go to the operating room. thank people who the patient see, but you’re also thinking people who the patients don’t see because they’re just as important too If she can’t do her job because an autoclave is not working then there can be no surgeries so it’s really nice to hear that you’re not only thank people who the patient see, but you’re also thinking people who the patients don’t see because they’re just as important too
