In a bowl, mix yeast, sugar, lukewarm water, and oil. 2. Add flour, then sprinkle salt on top without mixing. Cover and rest 20 minutes. 3. Do 1 stretch and fold, cover and rest 20 minutes, then do 1 stretch and fold again (2 in total). Cover and rest 2 hours, until the dough is puffy and jiggly. 4. Flour the surface well, gently turn out the dough, fold once without deflating, and cut into 4 pieces. 5. Shape each piece into a loose long shape. Cover and rest 10 minutes, then gently roll into baguettes and seal well. 6. Place on rack, dust lightly with flour, cover, and rest 15 minutes. Score before baking. 7. ehhh literally did it now and the dough came up so sticky 😫 usually for 280g of water I use 450g of flour,and I knew it something is not right with proportions now 😑
