Yup… it’s just like that 😆 The amount of tasks I accomplish on Sundays before the time I used to even wake up is crazy to me! 🤯🤯 {& laughable … 🤣🤣🤣} 💪 I love checking my tasks off early in the day so I can spend the rest of Sunday lounging around the house in my PJs with no guilty conscience or anxiety of what I’ll be facing in the week ahead.👈 I don’t run blindly into Mondays with a hangover, dreading the day & thinking about what time I can start drinking again anymore.. Now, I flow into my Mondays with a clear head & my weekend to do list done {well, for the most part 😆 } beginning my day with meditation & some self love before I allow the rest of the world in my peaceful little bubble. So yes, waking up with a clear head & a determined mindset beats a night out drinking ANY day in my book! 🔥If you want more support, positivity, mindset tips, & an online community with like minded goals, join my FREE FB group, Rise & Thrive! We are currently running a #SoberSeptember challenge where fitness meets sobriety! 💪💜🤘 NOTHING is required to be in this group except the desire to level up in life. You can be sober or sober curious! My goal is to help you FEEL the actual benefits of sober living!
