You should check out Rising Eagle in Melrose. They have an American style Sunday roast which is sooo good (prime rib, mashed potatoes, veg, popovers with apple butter and gravy)

if you want to make the potatoes a little more crispy add some sweet potato starch (or corn starch). i don't know if thats what the flour is meant to do but starch will do it much better better job. starch is also good when making fried chicken
