Lap seal over the whole strip on the front that you screwed down instead of just the edges and screws, so it won’t hold water in the strip

use eternabind tape on the seems before u apply a new rubber costing. it comes out amazing and last so much longer in the elements than lap sealant ever will

Well done people don’t understand time money if you need to replace the other sections at least you can pull from the other side and replace that section when that time comes looks good overall especially if you’re gonna recoat the whole top flex seal works really good. They have it in white. I’ve done it on a couple motorhomes.
