🍫 Шоколадный торт с бананом и заварным кремом 🍌 📌 Бисквит: 5 яиц, 1,5 стакана сахара, 100 г сметаны, 1 ч. л. соды, 100 г сливочного масла, 3 ст. л. какао, 1 ч. л. разрыхлителя, мука до консистенции густой сметаны. Яйца взбить с сахаром. В сметану добавить соду, перемешать и соединить с яичной массой. Добавить масло и какао. Затем постепенно ввести муку, смешанную с разрыхлителем. Выпекать при 180°C 15–20 минут до сухой зубочистки. 📌 Крем: 5 ст. л. муки, 1 стакан сахара, 1 л молока, 200 г сливочного масла. Муку, сахар и молоко смешать, сварить до загустения, после закипания проварить 2–3 минуты. Остудить под плёнкой в контакт. Масло взбить и постепенно добавить остывший крем. 📌 Сборка: У бисквита вырезать середину. Выложить нарезанные бананы, посыпать кондитерским шоколадом и заполнить кремом.
