Yes!! 100%, they are so kind and wholesome and all of them just want to feel believed in, and have trust that you aren’t judging them. They are just trying to grow and figure out life 🥺

I had a really bad reputation coming into high school but all it took was one teacher my sophomore year asking me if I was okay because she saw my bad behavior for what it was, a cry for help

As a sub: yes and they’re less intense than middle schoolers. Not saying middle school is bad. Just intense.

Thissssss. I teach middle school science and coach high school Pom and all my kids are so incredible 😍 they drive me a lil nuts sometimes but they’re really the best

I agree, honestly I think high schoolers for the most part are actually nicer than the elementary students. There are definitely exceptions but most extremely rude students I’ve encountered were the K-5th graders, even middle schoolers can be worse than high schoolers.
