people confuse health with strength. I am slightly overweight (my BMI is 25.9) I know it. I work out 5 days a week. I’m strong. But I like good food and a few beers on the weekend. I am strong but not necessarily the epitome of health. I don’t know why this is so hard for people who are larger to separate.
