It’s not about the sleep sack babe, he’s going to need to learn to fall asleep on his own. I’m not at ALL saying cry it out, I’m just saying start putting him down awake and figuring out a gentle method that works for you. When he falls asleep on his own, he’ll stay asleep longer because he won’t wake up wondering why it changed

I’m so sorry but it is not sleep sack related 😭 that is such a gimmick. Nothing mimics being held by mom. Biggest trick is to make it warmer than you’d think. I think due to recs baby’s are often cold, especially going from our warm bodies to a cold mattress. So warm up the room, use a heating pad in the mattress and see if that helps!

Love to dream swaddle!! Last feed of the night in bed, lights off and quiet, wait until fully asleep then wait 10-15 min and lay down!! Don't pick back up just give paci back if he cries!!!

WOOLINO!! I cannot say it enough! It is the perfect temperature and wool is naturally temperature regulating where all the bamboo sleep sacks have polyfill which can overheat

as much as i hate bamboo the kyte baby ones and an extremely cool (67°-68°) room got my kid that wouldn’t transfer to sleep in her own bed

I took the bassinet out of the bedroom and basically trained her to get used to it for a few days! Instead of waiting until nighttime comes around. Quick nap? Bassinet? Just laying there? Bassinet? And kept doing it over and over, then she got used to it. She HATED her bassinet or being transferred anywhere also.

I was influenced by the woolino sleepsack. Love it. However even in the woolino, sleep regressions happen. We sleep trained in the woolino sleep sack and are normalizing sleep at almost 5 months.

We love the halo sleep sack! We have the 1.5 & 2.5 tog ones. Some of the weighted ones freak me out, but these still feel thick/soft and seem cozy!!

woolino!!! So worth the price. We tried kyte baby & they got mold after one wash :/ we’ve used the woolino from 3 months and are still using it at a year! We used kyte baby swaddle sleep sacs in beginnings & then Merlin suit to transition & then woolino since then

Gunamuna long sleeve sleep sacks! They’re so soft and great quality. We use the 2.5 tog for the winter. They also have a transitional sleep sack that fits more snug for 3-6 months I believe
