This is so funny because when I was a teenager in the 1960s, my mother (who was born in 1909) always said that boar bristle brushes were the best brushes for your hair.

I have used the same boar bristle brush my mom used on my hair for 33 years and then somehow I lost it. No, one seemed to know what boar bristles were my whole life

I was so excited for this brush and I was devastated when I went to clean it and the bristles are coming out and I did a side-by-side with my round brush my round brush actually did a better job

I honestly love this brush, it is my favorite and goes through my coarse, wavy hair like butter

Are the detangling bristles actually really firm though? Because I have a really thick coarse hair and when they’re too soft, it doesn’t get into the density of my hair

I love this brush. I have thick fine hair that tangles easily and this has been a lifesaver.
