This is so funny because when I was a teenager in the 1960s, my mother (who was born in 1909) always said that boar bristle brushes were the best brushes for your hair.

I was so excited for this brush and I was devastated when I went to clean it and the bristles are coming out and I did a side-by-side with my round brush my round brush actually did a better job

Are the detangling bristles actually really firm though? Because I have a really thick coarse hair and when they’re too soft, it doesn’t get into the density of my hair
