I had it all 4 pregnancies.. I can’t believe I had more kids after the first time. Maybe because as soon as the baby is born, it instantly goes away and you feel like you can take on the world.

Hg causes severe depression on top of the physical pain. Feeling like I couldn’t live normally, why were others fine and I was struggling. It’s horrid.

I am so sorry! I had HG with both my kiddos! Here if you need to talk. Half the battle is just trying to get others to understand it is not “just normal morning sickness.” It makes you become a shell of being and really should come with a mental health referral with diagnosis

I don’t have HG, just above average morning sickness, and it’s been so mentally debilitating. My mom had HG twice. I just can’t imagine. HG mamas are so strong

Your feelings are so valid. I had HG with my first pregnancy, and it’s hands down the hardest thing I’ve ever done- mentally, emotionally, and physically. It’s one of those things that people just don’t understand unless they’ve been through it themselves.

I was diagnosed with severe HG during my only pregnancy and cried daily saying I wanted the twins out. I just felt like I physically couldn’t do it. Keep your head up 💜
