The cooling system is really easy. But sadly, you forgot 2 coolant hoses that lay under the intake manifold. Good luck.

Do the electric fan conversion, absolutely worth it. That fan clutch you were spinning earlier is known for blowing up and shredding all coolant components and damaging the hood too🙏 - Fellow e46 owner

suggestion from Europe, if you get coolant splashed on the belts, consider to change them in future as coolant loves to eat that rubber, and in the long run lifespan of belt shortens because of the antifreeze in coolant especially if outside weather is cold.

RISHAAD :

Looks like a M54 motor. Solid engine. Just need to service the cooling system regularly so all the plastic fittings don't give out. They're also fussy on oil, be careful what you use.

Grab pliers and put it on the hose and twist it’ll release the hose but pull as you twist
