Yemeni lahsa Ingredients: - 1 large onion - 2 large ripe tomatoes - 4 to 5 spicy chilies (optional) - 3 eggs - @ndcmuscat olive oil - liquid cheese - salt & pepper - 1 tsp cumin powder - 1 tsp coriander powder - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tbsp tomato puree - start by chopping the veggies. Mix it thoroughly and add a splash of water. - turn the heat back on low and spread the cheese on top. - cover and let it cook for 3-5 minutes. - garnish.
