Here is fun thing to do with the kids. I did this with my kids growing up and now my grandkids. To encourage eating we do a story time. I would start the story “The princess went for a walk and got lost in the woods”. We then go around the table and each person uses their imagination to add a sentence to the story. (I’m not sure if all your littles are old enough) What I can tell you is that we come together as a family and they get so excited to do this! The only rule is that you need to continue eating what’s on your plate. We create a story together and they absolutely love it. I have to keep a chart of who starts a new story!
