Every time a project announces a burn, many assume it's automatically bullish because a lower supply can increase scarcity. But the real question isn't "Should we burn?" It's "Where can these tokens create the most long-term value?" Every token burned is permanently removed from the ecosystem. While that can strengthen scarcity, it also means those tokens can never be used to fund developers, support builders, reward ambassadors, onboard businesses, or accelerate innovation. At the same time, unlimited distribution isn't the answer either. Rewarding users without creating real value simply increases circulating supply without increasing adoption. If investing tokens today creates millions of new users, thousands of applications, stronger network effects, and sustainable demand, the value created may far exceed the immediate impact of reducing supply. The most successful blockchain networks don't rely solely on aggressive burns or endless rewards—they combine responsible tokenomics with continuous ecosystem growth.
