I have a pan made of just iron, it’s really thin too, idk if this’ll work for you but usually I put in beef tallow and butter while it’s cold, let it heat up until it starts sizzling and then after a bit it stops, crack my egg in and just let it sit on really low heat for a good amount of time and at the end I put a lid on for 30 seconds or so to cook the top js a lil. I like my egg yolk runny/raw tho so I’m not sure if you’ll like this
