I genuinely think people underestimate how much fluid retention we hold in our nose. I started taping after my nose job to help with swelling & over time I realized this isn’t just a rhinoplasty thing. Even without surgery, the nose can look puffier from inflammation, water retention, sleeping flat, allergies, salt, etc. This helps me wake up looking more sculpted, defined, and de-puffed. Nothing crazy. Just less swelling + better definition. No, tape isn’t changing your bone structure, but reducing puffiness absolutely changes the appearance. Next video I’ll show the morning nose massage technique I do after removing the tape 🫶🏼
