I drive cement truck. so I'll try to clear up a few things here. cement truck aren't loud idling with the drum spinning. even if you have it mixing at its highest speed. it is loud if you throttle up to add and mix in water. it takes a while and a good amount of heat for the mix to dry in the drum. I'd say high 90 degree and about 2 hours. if it does dry solid, it's not the end of the world. there are guys that can climb into the drum and break the solid mass down. Any questions?
