Anti-nutrients (phytates, lectins, tannins & oxalates), alcohol, vitamin d3/sunlight deficiency, & certain medications can all compromise the gut lining. Fasting, direct sunlight exposure to the abdomen, & glutamine (from animal products) can help heal the damage.

Only in the U. S. Because no one has gluten intolerance in other countries, you can eat wheat with no problem in Italy

Glyphosate. On everything. And in the soil and up into the roots of the food. So even if they don’t spray it on it, they’ve grown it with it in the plant. They knew what they were doing.
