I've done the Ultra Clear laser with my dermatologist in dallas- she is very highly regarded. It's good for melasma(safe) and overall skin texture.

SmartXide Tetra CO2 laser. I’m on day 6 aftercare and I can see the end in sight. I peeled A LOT but skin underneath looks so smooth!!

Big fan of BBL/Moxi together. Just had my second treatment last week. Minimal downtime and so far pleased with the results. I’ll probably do a 3rd and then repeat next fall/winter.

I would never do the Co2 bc I have sensitive skin and live in FL ☀️… I haven’t done a consult yet but I found a local plastic surgeon that does the UltraClear. Supposedly the UltraClear has different levels (with “coring” as the most hard core bc it’s for skin tightening) It has lower levels that have a very short down time .. or no down time, depends what you get. It’s a cold laser so not as severe as co2. It’s good for all skin types too
