I’m on day 7-8 post op. The scabs on the crown area were really hard so I massaged them throughout the day and they all fell off from my massaging, no bleeding. Do you think that’s ok or maybe I damaged the results due to over massaging?

I’m on day 32 and the relief of being able to exercise, have no itching and being able to wash my hair properly is amazing, But the shedding is the worst 😂.

Being following your journey with interest - good job! Interesting. Had a 6k graft transplant in UK. Having seen many video talking about 10 day scab removal/first wash I was surprised they have advised me not to touch the grafts/scalp at all. They will do 1st. wash/scab removal tomorrow (day14).

Wasn’t a critique bud, was just comparing medical advice. According to Chat GPT later removal protects grafts. Earlier removal is for cosmetic imagery but neither is wrong or right.

This is what I need to see man. I'm sitting in a hotel room right now in Istanbul. I just had my hair and beard transplant yesterday at the Hermest Clinic and am going to get the bandage taken off in a few hours.

It’s different for every individuals and clinic. Some heal faster than others. My clinic said after Day 12 make sure all the scabs are off completely. Day 8 all my scabs was washed off gently.
