I’m toying with idea of the Marlo as my work bag - I will have a 14-16 MacBook. Would it fit in the 14? I’m also in NYC so to some degree it needs to be relatively ergonomic and fit over my shoulder in a puffy coat. Finally, I’m a Citi biker lol. I’m somewhat concerned I should get a bag with heftier leather so I can put it in the Citi bike basket without over thinking

Saddle is the most resistent leather, you can wear it in the rain no problem, it patinas and it can be endlessly refurbished

I have the black 14. It depends on your use for it. I wanted a large daily wear purse, not a tote. It’s the perfect size! I just added the Bottega Valentine’s Day heart charm and it’s so cute!

Get the 17. Coming from someone who got the 14 and 15 in the Marlo and Margaux, and then upgraded both to 17. They’re just meant to be giant totes to carry everything, you’ll be glad you went big. You likely won’t even use this as a daily tote anyways, so just go big
