correct me if I'm wrong, but the puzzle box says at the beginning, so wouldn't they still get to draw for their draw step but just a single car because they can't draw more than one. because that's a replacement effect for the draw.

Mono blue control with this guy as the commander. Turn off ppls commanders by stifleing the trigger after exile other ppl commanders turning them off completely

Actually they still get cards although now their hands will remain at 1 card hands that they have to decide to play that card by the end of their turn or by their next turn depending on the card since teferis puzzle box triggers before they draw unless you have a affect that forces a draw also but before their draw step

this isn't mean so much as just simply unfun or wins the game. if you want mean do storm cauldron with warped devotion. or portcullis with dovescape. or my personal favorite cyclonic rift with sunder and your commander as patron of the Moon.

Possessed portal plus the puzzle box completely removes their hand. They also have to sack permanents because they can’t discard. Then on your turn you can sack possessed portal to keep your hand
